Hi Anna,
Difficult team members can really diminish morale. I would suggest observing their behaviour around other colleagues to see if they’re always like this or just in certain environments. I would then speak to them one-on-one and discuss how their behaviour is affecting the team. It would also be worth getting feedback from other team members to see if they feel the same.
